Nevada Consumer Privacy Rights

1. Purpose and General Principles

(a) The purpose of this Nevada-specific Statement of Consumer Privacy Rights ("Statement") is to provide Nevada Consumers with a description of their rights regarding their Personal Information under the Nevada Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act (NPICICA).

(b) This Statement is intended to be read together with PCH's Privacy Policy, which sets forth a description of PCH's online and offline practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of Personal Information pertaining to consumers, including Nevada Consumers. References in this Statement to the "Privacy Policy" refer to the Privacy Policy available at https://privacy.pch.com .

(c) This Statement applies only to persons who are residents of the State of Nevada (including those who call Nevada "home," but are outside the state for a temporary or transitory purpose), referred to herein as Nevada Consumers. It does not otherwise apply to persons who live in other states, and the rights and privileges set forth in this Statement are not available to such other persons.

2. Your Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Used, Disclosed or Sold by PCH.

(a) Nevada Consumers have the right to know about the Personal Information that PCH collects, uses, discloses, and sells. This is sometimes called the "Right to Know."

(b) For instructions on submitting a Request to Know, a description of the process PCH will use to verify your request and any information you will have to provide in support of such a verified request, see Section 4 below.

3. Your Right to Request Correction of Personal Information

(a) Nevada Consumers have a right to request the correction of any inaccuracies in their Personal Information collected or maintained by PCH.

(b) For instructions on submitting a Request to Correct, and a description of the process PCH will use to verify your request, including any information you will have to provide in support of such a verified request, see Section 4 immediately below.

4. Instructions for Submitting a Verifiable Consumer Request to Know, Delete, and Correct.

You can submit a Request to Know or Request to Correct your Personal Information by taking the following actions:

(a) For any of the above requests, complete the authentication required in order to verify your identity, which may include an affidavit for persons who do not have a password-protected account with PCH.

(b) Once you have completed the authentication process, please follow the directions on the online form to provide us with information necessary to locate your account. You will be asked to provide:

i. Name and Address;

ii. Email address (please provide the email address associated with your PCH account);

iii. Your PCH customer number (if you know it); and

iv. Any PCH order ID’s (if you know one or more of them).

NOTE : Items iii. and iv. are optional fields that will be used to help identify your PCH activity. It is not necessary to provide this information for your request to be valid.

(c) Submit the form. Upon submission of the online form, you will be provided a transaction ID. Please retain this for future reference.

(d) Create a user name and password within the NPICICA portal. You will be able to track the status of your request, receive update messages and receive a final confirmation message in this portal. This account information is for the NPICICA portal only and will not be used for any PCH marketing accounts.

Your Request to Know or Request to Correct will have to be verified before PCH can act upon it. A verified Request to Know or Request to Correct is called a "Verifiable Consumer Request". Upon successful submission of a Verifiable Consumer Request, PCH will promptly begin working on your request. You will receive notification upon completion.

NOTE : PCH has retained the services of a third party to assist us with the validation process. Data submitted by you during the authentication process will not be provided to PCH or retained by the third party.

5. Your Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

(a) Nevada Consumers have a right to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information by PCH. This is called the "Right to Opt-out of Sale."

(b) To exercise your Right to Opt-out of Sale, please complete and file the webform available at https://accounts.pch.com/do-not-sell .

(c) You can also exercise your Right to Opt-out, by calling PCH toll free to (844)557-8505.

6. Notice of Changes to Privacy Policy

(a) Nevada Consumers will be notified of any updates or changes to the Privacy Policy via email.
