Payment Policies

You may visit us at https://www.pch.com/mypch check your account balance, and learn your options to pay by check, credit card, debit card or PayPal. There are no additional processing fees to pay online. Please have your Customer ID or Order Number (from your invoice) handy. For assistance in finding it, please click here .

Payments made on our site prior to 4:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, will be applied to your account that day. Payments made after such time or on a weekend or holiday will be applied to your account on the next business day.

Please note: Online payments are accepted for the "total" order amount. At this time, we cannot process partial payment amounts online.

If you would like to take advantage of our partial payment plan or would prefer to pay by telephone or mail, you may:

To avoid delinquency, the payment amount noted on your invoice must arrive by the specified due date. Overdue payments may be subject to a Late Fee of up to $4.50


To be eligible for the Partial Payment Plan , the minimum amount due must arrive by the ' payment due date' reflected on your invoice. If the minimum payment amount is not received by the specified due date, the Partial Payment plan option will no longer be available and full payment will be required to avoid delinquency.


Please be sure to include your Order Number if you wish to make a payment on a specific order. Otherwise, any payments received will first be applied to any outstanding balances you may have with us.

For auto-ship items that are offered as part of an ongoing collection we offer you our partial payment plan on the first shipment only of your collection. Full payments are required for each additional shipment. This information can be found on the back of the Entry-Order Form.

To ensure that your payment is applied to where you intend:

1. Make a payment on the invoice when you receive your order.

2. Click here to go to "My Account" and pay off that specific order, or your entire balance, online using PCH's online payment system.

Return Policies

Order With Our No-Hassle Cancel and Return Policy.

Unless otherwise indicated, you may cancel/return any merchandise item ordered through Publishers Clearing House up to 30 days from receipt of shipment, if not completely satisfied, for any reason. You will receive a full credit (including any shipping and handling) on any product returned within this time frame. All credits will first be applied to any open balance you may have with us. If you do not have an open balance on your account, a refund check will be issued and should arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel, contact our Digital Assistant here within 7 days of placing your order and we will stop shipment of the order. If we are unable to cancel your order before shipment and, if you do not wish to keep your order, we ask that you please follow the return instructions on the back of your invoice, and we will credit your account once it has been returned.
